Purpose
Suitable for preventive and curative wood protection in use classes 1 and 2, where the wood is not exposed to outdoor weathering but may be subject to occasional moisture.
Effective Against a Wide Range of Organisms, including:
- Wood-boring beetles (e.g., Hylotrupes bajulus L.)
- Subterranean termites (e.g., Reticulitermes sp.)
- Wood-decaying fungi (e.g., brown rot fungi)
- Stain fungi (e.g., blue stain fungi)
Active Ingredients in Serpol Gel II for Wood-Boring Insects:
- Permethrin (0.35%) – Insecticide with contact and stomach action
- Propiconazole (0.85%) – Fungicide preventing mold development
- IPBC (0,40%) – Powerful antifungal agent
- Aliphatic hydrocarbons and auxiliary substances

Dosage Rates:
- Preventive treatment: – 200 g/m² (250 ml/m²)
- Curative treatment: – 250 g/m² (300 ml/m²)
- Intensive curative treatment: 552 ml/m² (≈300 ml/m² spraying + 252 ml/m² injection)
Usage Instructions:
- Ensure the wood is free from varnish, paint, or coatings.
- Apply an even layer of the undiluted product.
- Allow full absorption before using or coating the treated wood.
For intensive treatment – combine spraying with injection into pre-drilled holes (number of holes determined by dosage requirements).
