Description
Purpose of Biopren Mosquito Tablets
Used for treating small or larger stagnant water bodies that are not used as a source of drinking water or for keeping ornamental fish and that may serve as breeding sites for mosquito larvae, such as:
- Garden ponds
- Fountains
- Unused, artificially constructed pools
- Gullies
- Other natural or man-made depressions that collect and retain water
How does it work?
- Insect growth regulator: S-methoprene acts as a juvenile hormone, inhibiting chitin synthesis during larval molting, preventing the emergence of adult mosquitoes.
- Delayed action: Effectively controls mosquito populations by stopping larvae from developing into adults.
