Purpose
Caracol 5 GB is suitable for protecting a wide range of crops:
- Vegetables: onion, garlic, cabbage, tomatoes, eggplant, pepper, lettuce, spinach, beans, peas, asparagus, artichoke, celery, leek, corn
- Fruits: watermelons, melons
- Herbs and ornamental plants: flowers, seedlings, and ornamental plantations (both in open fields and greenhouses)
How does it work?
The bait attracts slugs from a distance and eliminates them quickly and effectively. Caracol 5 GB is moisture-resistant, making it highly effective even in rainy weather. The active ingredient, metaldehyde, disrupts the water balance of slugs, causing rapid dehydration and death.
How to Use It?
- Application Methods: Scatter the granules directly onto the soil in areas where slugs are most active.
- Dosage: 700 g per decare (one 500 g bag is sufficient for 700 m² of crops).
Important: The product is suitable for both home gardens and large agricultural fields.
Additional information:
- Wear protective gloves and a mask or goggles when handling the product.
- Store at temperatures below 35°C.
- Avoid contaminating water bodies with product residues or packaging.
